Are we talking about Le Chiffre, or what? He's 32, and looks even younger. Was this when they were looking for an adversary for Henry Cavill or something?

Interesting choice. Looks like Demetrios. I love how they went back to Eurotrash villains for CR. I think they should keep to this pattern.
