I finished watching Good Night and Good Luck last night (Terrific film), and I watched the trailer afterward, as it's the only special feature on the disc apart from a commentary, and I hear the same cues from the Casino Royale trailer.
If it's been in two trailers so far, there's probably more. Has anybody else heard it anywhere else?
CR trailer opening cues, public domain?

Just because its been in two trailers only means that the same company probably did the music. In 2005, both King Kong and Fantastic 4 had the same trailer music. So likely its just the same music company that scored the trailers, not that it is in the public domain.

It's not the same music, though I notice it uses similar percussion. According to Soundtrack.net, Pfeifer Broz had no part in the Good Night and Good Luck trailer.
The opening cue from the CR trailer was originally used in the official site poker game, but it was quickly removed.
