I hope we get a Michael G. Wilson cameo next time that is a bit more difficult to spot. Hardly something I'd put on a "things I want for Bond 22" list, but just a hope nonetheless.

Not really a cameo from a real person, but I believe the man who made bond park his gold Land Rover was supposed to be Auric Goldfinger. (German, Lives in Nassau, Golfing Outfit, GOLD car).

I think the first shot of the tanker driver getting his neck snapped was Campbell. Then the next shot showing him on the ground was someone else.

In my opinion, I didn't recognize Campbell as any of the characters, major or minor, in Casino Royale.

I think I read somewhere that Campbell said that the tanker guy is not him. (then again, he's on the IMDB cast list - but I wouldn't take IMDB as a definite source for cameos)

Re the "various people at the poker tables" question: there's also Diane Hartford, who was in TB (danced with 007 at the Kiss Kiss Club).
