Can anyone help me out here, i was going through IGNs TND image gallery for PS1 and was suprised to see how many changes there are between the version that i am looking at and the version i play. different Crosshairs and healthbars come into mind. and was there a N64 version because the shots i am looking at on here are not linked to the PS1 game at all.

Wow, mharkin, this brings back memories. Actually, the Tomorrow Never Dies game changed a LOT over its development cycle. I remember seeing a few clips from this version in a promo on my TND VHS tape. What you're looking at is an early build of the game. Originally, oddly enough, the game was supposed to be a continuation of the movie's storyline, with Bond going after Carver's brother :cooltongue: . So yeah, the game definitely changed a lot while it was being worked on. It's too bad really, as that scuba gameplay looked interesting. Hope this helps with any confusion you may have.

It definately changed a lot during production. Looks like it was going to be a first-person shooter at one point. I agree that the underwater level looks interesting. Too bad it didn't remain in the final game.

There definitely wasn't a N64 version of this game released though.

I remember getting extremely angry about this when the game first came out because I didn't have a Playstation at the time and couldn't get it. :cooltongue:

I wasn't completely into Bond at the time, so I didn't know much about this one. Otherwise I'm sure I would have felt the same as you did.

But once I got GoldenEye for the Nintendo...
