Anyway i worked for a few days on this, so enjoy...

btw if your wondering what the gunbarrel music is of, its off 2006 Children in need - Bond special, i thought it gave a late 60s/early 70s feel to it.

But Bond did get his own back in For Your Eyes Only some 10 years later.
There's an excellent idea from our bud, Zencat that the PTS of For Your Eyes Only was a dream???.
Qwerty, me old bud. Any chance you can find the thread?.![]()
Cheers,
Ian

I just wonder if it would work...imaging the PTS (with Lazenby) we seen made by mharkin, followed by a re-edit version of DAF (with Connery) that follows a more revenge-themed storyline...kind of. Hard, yes, I know but maybe someone could make it work. DAF is one of lowest ranking Bond-films in my opinion. What you think? Is it possible?

So, we all know DAF was an utter letdown, mainly because the producers didn't let Bond avenge his Late Wife or even remember her!!, But, what if Lazenby stayed, would we get something like this?

On the 'Inside OHMSS' Documentary, it stated that, IF Lazenby Stayed as Bond, the Diamonds Are Forever Pre Title Sequence would basically be end of OHMSS.
So, Here's my attempt at recreating this, I've added a Gunbarrel and an Opening Title Sequence, featuring Lazenby's name and a few others, that would probably
return if Diamonds was a direct follow up. I've also rescored the piece...
Yes I know 'Harry Saltzman' is spelt wrong. I can't be bothered to upload the piece again due to a minor gramatical error.
And YES I know Ilse Steppat died 2 weeks after OHMSS was released. This is just a 'What If' Scenario, so it doesn't really matter, anyway.
I've also removed the following lines, as I think they ruin the mood:
Bond:Thank you Q, but this time I have the gadgets, and I know how to use them...
Moneypenny: I always cry at weddings.
Q: 007 never had any respect for goverment property!
I cut on Moneypennys sad expression, watching Bond drive off, as I think this shows her agony as her 'office crush' drives off into the sunset.
Music used:
The Spy Who Loved Me Gunbarrel Music - Marvin Hamlisch
Casino Royale Trailer Music - Drums
Licence Revoked - Michael Kamen
We Have All The Time In The World (Instrumental) - John Barry
What's Keeping You Awake? - David Arnold
No Head For Hights - Bill Conti
Diamonds Are Forever - Shirley Bassey
