not sure but aren't we told to expect a Bond 22 tie in?
I wonder if it will be exactly like Bond 22 or more of a stand alone game. In any event, its due out around Bond 22: http://commanderbond.net/article/3568

2) All six Bonds in multiplayer mode
3) Roger Moore's Bond (circa LALD) or Daniel Craig's Bond in the main game
4) HIGH REPLAY ABILITY...I don't want to get tired of this game anytime soon
5) Fun multiplayer maps and characters that allow this to have a lot of online play on XBOX Live...like Halo 2

A Roger game. He turns 80 this year. While his parents lived long lives, there's no guarantee that he will see 85, 90, etc. so, let's get him to voice a 007 game while he's still hale & hearty.
I agree.

Sure, but his voice will sound like an 80 year old playing a 35-40.

Well, no one complained when 70+ Connery voiced a 35-40 year old Bond in FRWL.A Roger game. He turns 80 this year. While his parents lived long lives, there's no guarantee that he will see 85, 90, etc. so, let's get him to voice a 007 game while he's still hale & hearty.

If a game with the voice and likeness of Connery didn't sell, why on Earth would they make a Moore game? Let's face it, most 13 year olds only know Connery, Brosnan, and Craig, with perhaps a vague awareness of some big bloke with steel teeth somewhere.

They're not. This is a "wish list" thread. If a game with the voice and likeness of Connery didn't sell, why on Earth would they make a Moore game? Let's face it, most 13 year olds only know Connery, Brosnan, and Craig, with perhaps a vague awareness of some big bloke with steel teeth somewhere.

I doubt I would like a game about Casino Royale though and if they gave Connery a shot why not Moore?

Option to chose 1st or 3rd person ingame and in multiplayer.
All Bonds unlockable for use in game and multiplayer.
Vehicles in multiplayer such as Lotus Esprit, Little Nellie, underwater maps etc.

If Activision's premiere Bond game is going to be releasing around the time of Bond 22, I would expect it to be a tie-in. While some could contend that a stand alone game could potentially sell well with a Bond film in theatres, I suspect a tie-in game would be much more beneficial to Activision's wallet.I wonder if it will be exactly like Bond 22 or more of a stand alone game. In any event, its due out around Bond 22: http://commanderbond.net/article/3568
While I'd much prefer a stand alone game, I suspect that'll come when there's a lull in Bond news and when Bond 23 is a few years off.

2)WIFI and Infrastructure play.
3)Characters to have differing starting stats and/or skills (e.g. Lazenby's "Brawl" stat would start higher than Moore's, but Moore's "Diffuse Atomic Device" skill would be better than Connery's). And thereafter I'd like these stats and/or skills to be customizable so that no two Bond's (or whatever character one is playing) play the same.
4)I'd like collectables that can be earned and then traded with other players. e.g. clothes, weapons, etc. These needn't necessarily have any differing game effects (but they could). I just like trading stuff with friends.
5)I'd like a website that supports the game with stat tracking, forums, etc. Much like Marvel: Ultimate Alliance that I'm currently playing. Only for goodness sake have a "search" facility for the FAQ and forums.
6)And I really want down-loadable content for the PSP, like Monster Hunter 2 has, so that in the future new characters, maps, vehicles, etc. will be available.
That last one would guarantee replay-ability for me.
And since it's a wish list, a terrain editor, even a simple one on the PSP would be out of this world. Imagine creating your own levels, uploading them to the website, then having others play them. Sigh, if only...

- You would play every Bond movie
- So you have the chance to play every Bond actor
- It wouldn't be boring after 1 month

- Make it a first-person shooter. I enjoyed the third-person view of EON and FRWL, but I think it's time for another first-person Bond game
- Have a good amount of missions, not too few and not too many
- Have some bonus levels from past movies along the lines of Aztec and Egyptian
For multiplayer:
- Include some classic maps from previous Bond games
- Include some new, fairly large maps based on various Bond movies
- Be able to play as any of the Bonds

But in more serious manner, I would say that I'm not tired with the 3rd person games and Activision should continue this path.
Though making it a lot more longer and original thant 'FRWL'
Maybe add actual sneaking and detective work, and not all out action.
Let's say there would be a way to pass each level without firing even one shot. Or you could also choose to play it like John Rambo, if you wished. But there should be that kind of freedom, where you could choose your way to pass the level.
Hitman style.

Give me all the cast to do all the voice acting. Get them to feel their voice acting, don't make it sound like they're phoning it in and have no emotion like stick figures.
Oh yeah, a few driving missions would ease the monotony, but if there's gonna be stealth missions, please for the love of criminy just give me swarms of guards to fight if I get spotted, not a "MISSION FAILED" screen. God, I hate when games do that.
All I can say to developer Treyarch: Learn from Goldeneye. And learn from Everything or Nothing while we're at it.
Goldeneye (and to a lesser extent, EON) had it mostly right. Those things are what made a Bond game great. Don't repeat EA's mistakes like with Tomorrow Never Dies or Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. Make your licensed title like Spider-Man, not like Minority Report.
As for future games... How about a title based on a later Moore film, eh? I think some have been clamoring for a TSWLM game, and Roger isn't getting any younger...
(Or I'd personally like to see one for TLD. Make it open-ended. Have multiple endings. Have some timed button presses in cutscenes, but not too many.)

Have multiple endings.
That could be quite different for a Bond game.

Short of making it Grand Theft Bond: Montenegro, the game should lose the mission menu approach and go with one long haul, like Metal Gear.
Expand on the films, but don't edit them. Draw out the card games, put scenes between scenes, but don't throw a gunfight between Bond and a platoon of goons when Vesper is kidnapped. However, feel free to have Bond dodging bullets and raming cars off the road in the Aston Martin (Hell he's going to end up junking it anyway).
For the love of God, don't make me keep mashing triangle like I have to do in Metal Gear Solid 2. I've had it up to here with games simulating something by having me press a button at impossible speeds.
