I think it's a legitimate discussion (the continuation of pushing those limits, not so much Craig making that comment, but the producers wanting to venture into or at least toward that territory.)
I'm not sure if that belongs in this thread though, as it doesn't have much to do with this article, just the direction (Eon?) wants to go.

Well I guess you've saved one poor victim from the horrors of tabloidization. Thanks guys for not hanging me right off. Here's to a brilliant #22! I'll put it out of my mind until the reviews for that one are out.
Discussion over for 2ish years as far as I'm concerned. Unless someone gets Craig in a face to face 60 Minutes feature. :-P.
I'm willing to bet someone pushed it on Craig in a stressed press interview where they were firing off questions, if it even happened at all. A question "Do you think there's any possibility that..." can very quickly become "This actor is urging producers to do this....", even if he was just merely trying not to offend people.
I think I get it.
Who do you think you're fooling?

you know the tabloids do that alot.
like for example
he got his teeth knocked out (he didn't it was a cap) he was moaning about it (no he wasn't)
something i noticed on the behind the scenes disc i got from NotW
i think we actually see his cap getting knocked out he sort of screws his face up a bit but then just gets on with fighting.
the only people moaning about it were the media and CnB

I'd hate to think of Ian Fleming rolling in his grave, too.
The guy was into heavy duty S&M pørn, but you feel a little implied homosexuality is going to have him rolling in his grave? It's time to go back and dust off the novels. They may alter your opinion of Mr Fleming.

Still, it's an amusing thought.

Several other sites are attributing Contact Music as the originator of this piece of news.
But in all cases the actual information seems to be a bit...jumbled at best.
At any rate, there seems to be a correlation between two statements - one reportedly attributable to Craig about full-frontal nudity and one about a "gay scene" - that isn't necessarily there
For me, I'm going to wait for something with attributations in it before I worry too much about this. I'm wary of news reports that seem to pull out quotes from and "reported information" from seemingly nowhere.

Some of the villians are gay...not Bond...
I doubt Fleming would approve, not that it matters since this is just the rumor mill starting up early.

IMHO, homosexuality is immoral and has no place in a James Bond film, period.

About the direction this thread is going actually...
So... I'm going to take the liberty of closing it before it turns into something nasty.
