1. IT TAKES TWO.
This opening level takes place in black and white (how cool would this be for a videogame?!). This is a stealth-based level where you must infiltrate Dryden's office by avoiding security guards and security cameras, find secret door codes etc. Once you have assassinated Dryden (in a quick-draw minigame where you must shoot him before he shoots you), the action cuts to a cricket ground where you must follow Fisher undetected into the clubhouse/pavilion. You must fight him until his health is down to 10%, at which point you can draw your gun and finish him (same quick-draw minigame).
2. MADAGASCAR (Part 1)
You must chase Molloka through the construction site while at the same time dealing with various goons getting in your way. Bonus points for taking short cuts (running through the wall, finding trapdoors in the floor, etc). The level ends when you reach the far side of the construction site.
3. MADAGASCAR (Part 2)
Molloka has hidden inside the embassy, you must use stealth to get past the guards and find him. Once you reach him, the alarm goes off and you must shoot your way out
4. BAHAMAS
At the Country club, this is another stealth level where you must get to the security office to find information on Demetrios. Avoid the security cameras and guards etc, access PCs for door codes and passwords, etc.
5. POKER
You must defeat Demetrios in five hands at Texas hold 'em.
6. MIAMI
At the Bodyworlds exhibit, sneak into the building and follow Demetrios without being spotted, avoid cameras and guards, etc. The level ends in a fight with Demetrios.
7. MIAMI AIRPORT (Interior)
Follow Carlos through Miami airport in a shooter level - various Carlos goons and security guards will try to stop you, panicked citizens running everywhere. Get to the security door and the level ends.
8. MIAMI AIRPORT (Exterior)
Driving level where you must chase Carlos across the airport, avoiding trucks, landing planes and other obstacles. Level ends with a shootout.
9. MONTENEGRO POKER PART I
Eliminate at least three players from the tournament.
10. HOTEL SPLENDIDE
Follow Le Chiffre to gather information. You will be attacked by Obanno and his goons, culminating in the stairwell fight.
11. MONTENEGRO POKER PART II
Defeat Le Chiffre, you can only clean him out with an All In bet.
12. CAR CHASE
Chase after Le Chiffre and his goons, bash/shoot other cars off the road, the level ends when you reach Vesper in the road, you must veer off to the side or its game over.
13. YACHT
Not quite sure how this level would go down - don't know if you can play a torture game. But keeping it T for Teen, you have been imprisoned on the yacht and must escape by shooting your way out.
14. VENICE
Follow Vesper through the streets of Venice, various goons will try and stop you
15. PALAZZO
Shoot/fight/nailgun your way through the collapsing palazzo, you are being 'chased' by water, and must constantly keep going up to avoid drowning.
16. MR.WHITE
Sneak into Mr.White's villa, kill his guards, and then confront Mr.White.
What do you think, anything else you'd like to see?

Just one thing -
3. MADAGASCAR (Part 2)
Molloka has hidden inside the embassy, you must use stealth to get past the guards and find him. Once you reach him, the alarm goes off and you must shoot your way out
An objective should be that you have to make sure you don't kill any embassy soldiers during the escape. (You can pistol whip them all you want. )

It's a shame EA cancelled their planned Casino Royale videogame.

METAL GEAR SOLID had a torture segment that would work well for this. You were tortured and had to "hold up" with stamina (you had to press a button repeatedly and hit it fast enough or you'd die). It's actually a great piece of gameplay and would work here, I think.13. YACHT

-Instead of a fight with dimitrious, how about keeping it the same as in the film, a match of strength. Like pressing the X button repeatedly to move the knife towards dimitrious and at the same time doing it to avoid him stabbing you
-The dirty Martini part. Bond is drugged and has to get to the defibrillator in his aston martin within three-four minutes. But once you reach outside you will have to avoid being hit by cars etc. This whole level will have bond moving slowly and as the level progresses the screen will blacken every 20 seconds.
-The torture sequence-In Metal Gear Solid fashion, you have to keep pressing the X(or A) button to keep up you're confidence and avoid cracking. The duration will be around 5 minutes.
-The Mr White level- Everything you said is good but it seems too easy. How about a little "Okay, what the hell to I do now?" moment. You sneak in, eliminate all the guards and then get in position for Mr White. You have to access Vespers phone from your inventory and call him. Then...shoot(but don't kill or the mission will have failed)

That'd give you a level on LeChiffre's yacht, one in Uganda, etc, if you wanted to go the straight FPS route.

I much prefer a third-person Bond game, it feels more Bondian when you're doing more than just shooting.

When the game was first cancelled I thought it was a good time to have a break and really come back with a bang with a really polished game along side Bond 22, but now Casino Royale is out I'm missing my James Bond video game fix.
It could still happen. The N64 Goldeneye game wasn't released until summer 97! I'm sure somebody at Activision is taking note of the fact that CR looks to be making $500 million worldwide.

Supposedly MGM was pretty miffed that EA balked at making an adaptation of Casino Royale (MGM obviously lost millions on this opportunity). EA claims to be changing the way they do business to put more emphasis on original IPs, which sounds fine and dandy, but they haven't really done this. The Godfather, Superman, Harry Potter.. EA still does these and they owned Bond through 2010 so if you ask me things didn't exactly happen how EA reported it; I would bet the deal was actually terminated and then sold to Activision.
So now Activision gets the rights in September 2007. I know for a fact they're making a game right now and have been for a while because I know some of the developers (I haven't pressed them on any specifics and I doubt they'd tell me - I noted something in another thread though). Their CEO claimed their first game would be Bond 22, but since making that statement the movie was delayed. I'm actually open to a Casino Royale game or another game to fill the void. Two games in 2008? Maybe one at the end of 2007 and Bond 22 in November 08? You gotta wonder if Activision would sit on the license for over a year and not release anything till Bond 22. I mean if it were me I'd want a game as soon as the license went into effect or as soon as possible. Tough to do an adaptation on Bond 22 at this point too. Guess it depends on how much they know at this point.

Well that is interesting, I didn't know they were working on a Bond game yet...and Daniel Craig did say something about his likeness being used in a videogame a while ago. I guess we could see a CR game in 2007 - so September is the earliest they can put out a Bond game?

My understanding is that they can if they could, but I'm not sure. Activision's license doesn't go exclusive till September 07 so that's pretty much the soonest it would be.
Yeah, they're definitely working on a game. Development time can take years. They're probably building the engine right now and working on the AI and other "behind the scenes" type stuff. I always get tripped up on this sort of thing because what if Bond 22 has a hell of a car chase? Right now these guys don't know. Differs from other games where it's mostly storyboarded out and they know what they need. Maybe, considering it's Bond, they assumed it would and they added that sort of "functionality" into the engine. I don't know. By comparison GoldenEye 007 took 2 and half years to develop with only the last year going towards the actual story (which means it started development just prior to the film being released). Of course it was delayed a couple times too. One was because they switched from the SNES to the N64. I don't know how long that set them back. The second time was because they added the multiplayer portion. Development time can take even longer these days. Half-Life 2 took 5 years to develop and DNF has been in development for 9 years. I think on average though it's 2 to 3 for a "new" game.
I'll try and get an update out of the guy at some point.
