I have a PS2, and haven't played a Bond game since GoldenEye for the Nes way back in the day (and I'd say it could still be the one to beat).
So, I would appreciate some tips and suggestions from the experts here!
I hope to be ordering on Thursday
(don't tell the g/f!!!)

I'll go with Everything or Nothing. Clearly the best of EA's run.

-If you like FPS "Nightfire" is a pretty fun game. Original story set in the Brosnanverse, includes Brosnan's likeness and arcade-like driving missions as well as on rail shooting sequences.
-If third person action games are more your thing, then "Everything or Nothing" is a pretty safe bet. Original story set in the Brosnanverse, includes likeness and voicework from all major players, driving sequences, hand-to-hand combat... Great fun.
-"From Russia With Love" is basically just like "Everything Or Nothing", only it stars Connery. "EON" is a bit better though, but in the end, if you prefer Connery, go with FRWL, if you prefer Brosnan, go with EON.

Ok. EON seems to be the winner so I will be ordering that later on.
Thanks for the suggestions all.

EoN for third person, Nightfire for kickass FPS. Rogue Agent if you love games with no plot and boring gameplay.

He was making a joke about saying it was on the NES, it was actually for the N64.

As for what game to buy, you've made a good choice going for Everything or Nothing.

I remember I played through the last mission at least a hundred times and when I finally beat it I was just happy to be able to put down the controller.I personally think EON has a few problems (the last level, to this day I've never beaten), but Nightfire is a solid FPS.

Playing EoN, I realised that I hadn't enjoyed playing a game so much, since GTA: San Andreas.

Nightfire was a huge disappointment after EoN. It doesn't have half the oomph that EoN had.
You hadn't played NightFire before Everything or Nothing?

#1 - Everything or Nothing (it's like Brosnan's final movie)
#2 - Nightfire (I like this FPS a lot!)
#3 - From Russia with Love
#4 - Goldeneye (the original Nintendo 64)
The one's I din't particularly like:
Agent Under Fire (terrible game IMO). The controls are not intuitive - difficult to adjust to. Can't stay squatted down without holding the button down and aiming is terrible. The bullets fly so slow you can see them and actually dodge them. Terrible game!
Goldeneye Rogue Agent - Okay shooter, but for some reason - I find it boring.
