Daniel Craig, I actor that I have admired, played the part extremely well. The thing is, for me, it is really hard for me to judge him as Bond because in this film, as many have stated time after time, Craig's Bond does not come into the spy we know in the previous films till the end of the film. I do have to say that he is probably the best actor to grace the 007 status. His love for Vesper really show Bond's valnurbiliy (sp?) and really grasps the character in emotional state, making Bond more human then seen in previous films.
As for Vesper Lynn(played by the lovely Eva Green), I was very intrigued by her character. She played a very sassy but smart Vesper who, at the climax of the film, admires Bond to the very fullest. I give Eva two thumbs up.
As for other characters, Felix Leiter (played by Jeffery Wright) played the part well, even if it was brief. Mathis and Solange also played well in the film.
Then we come to Le Cheiffe (played by Mads Makkleson), I think he played the part very will. His portrayel as Le Cheiffe showed something from a Villian we haven't seen in previous films, a human side. So heads up for Mads for doing a tremedous job.
Moving on to the plot... I must admit, I haven't read the book so this is where I am confused. From the beginning to half-way through the film, I was very confused on what was actually going on. Bare in mind, the writhers should not be at fault, I am sure the story was well written but for some reason, I just couldn't grasp the storyline. I could follow the story a little thanks to a bunch of you CBN members who has explained the script in other threads. Overall, a little foggy but maybe after watching the film again, I will grasp it.
To conclude, I thought the movie was pretty good, although foggy in some parts but Daniel Craig did a tremendous job as Bond and I can't wait for Bond 22 to hit theaters.
