There's no awkward book ending of the film with M scenes either. Well, that's not entirely true, but it's done less haphazardly than say THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH.
What I'm saying is she does have a narrative purpose this time round.

No kidding. I was dubious about her involvement - she's sleptwalked her way through the Brosnan flicks. But she finally seems to be delivering on that immense talent of hers, and it's impressive. I'm a fan of that scene. A big fan.Haven't seen her through the whole movie, but on the basis of the clip 'The Apartment' posted in the other thread, she looks awesome.

It's funny, but there really are a lot of connections between this film and OHMSS, it really is making this fan giddy with excitment.

For those of you who have seen it, did Judy Dench's M work or not in the film? Obviously, this has had fans worried since her return was originally announced.
I can't comment as I haven't seen the film yet. I heard she was good in Goldeneye...

hahahahaLOL, I was thinking the question was whether Judi Dench got in better shape to play M! I was like, Huuuuuuh?? Wow.
This is good to hear that Dench is good as M. Although I would much much muchhhhhhh rather prefer a man to play the character... but whatever.
