I think its the most recent tv spot but there is a part on the spot where M says something along the lines of, "What the hell are you doing Bond?"

Does Bond happen to say, "My job" ?

If so, if you go back to 'Tommorrow Never Dies' at the beginning of the film in the pre-title sequence where Bond has to fly the fighter jet filled with nukes. I think it was the admiral that asks M, "What is your agent think he is doing?"

She responds by saying, "His job"

coincidence by chance?

Yeah coincidence actually. That particular scene shown in the TV spot is of M trying to find out what's going during the security alert at Miami International Airport. Bond doesn't say anything for a while, so M asks him what he's doing.
