I just thought I would throw this out there. It's entirely speculative, but it has a chance of happening. Today Activision announced support for Valve's Steam client. Right now they're pledging support for 4 games (3 Call of Duty games, and GUN). Who knows how things will be in 2008, but IMHO, if they wanted to capture a decent sized multiplayer community, Steam would be a good jump start for that. At least for the PC version.
There's already 1 Bond game on Steam (GoldenEye: Source, though unofficially available) which I thought would have been shut down by now. Perhaps this move will finally put a nail or two into that mod.
Next Bond game to run on Steam?

Steam is useful for accessing and downloading games without having to go out and buy them. It would be cool to access both HL2 and Bond from the same program! It's like cookies and cream.

As important as a good single player is for a Bond game, I'm really hoping the next one has a completely beefed up online multiplayer. Using the CS/Steam model I think it could happen.
