'Moonraker' house for Bond 22 location?

I've had a quick search of the net, and found some more information about the house - and it looks amazing - futuristic, and all tucked away in rural England! It received commendation for the best house of one or two storeys in the National Homebuilder Design Awards 2005. More information can be found here.
I'm slightly surprised that there is information about potential locations for BOND 22 already, but I guess that news would emerge sooner or later - just a different source!
I've tried to post some pictures here. If there is any problem with copyright for instance, could a mod please take them down? Cheers

This will probably end up like the South Africa and Fiat rumors.
Huh? South Africa was not a rumour. That was real.
I've seen this house before, it's absolutely beautiful. I've just bought a new house, maybe I'll call it 'Moonraker'...
Always wanted a house with a name. Where my parents live 90% of the homes have names. Theirs is not one of them.

Yeah. And it's funny, but Bond location rumours, however early on in production, or even pre-production, usually turn out to have had at the very least a wee bit of substance to them. In other words, they seem to be considerably more reliable than, say, Bond girl actress rumours, title song singer rumours and the like.
(Specific locations, like this one, I mean, rather than just rumours of countries [BOND 20 in Ireland, anyone?], he writes to clarify, while conceding Mister Asterix's point about South Africa.)
When it comes to Bond, I guess very few people can be bothered to make up BS about things like houses. "Sexier" subjects like actors and directors tend to get much more attention.

That's because I haven't issued you with the deeds yet. Unless I get my 25 mil you can forget it. roflThat's my house and no-one has contacted me for permission to film there. Yet.
What an incredible pad. I'm certain it's out of the 'Pizza A-Go-Go' delivery range.

Me too, and none of my other houses have had names (officially - there was one I used to call 'The Pink One'), that's why I'm determined this house will have a name (plus it's the first one big enough to be given a name without being too pretentious). 'Moonraker' is about the only James Bond name left that hasn't been given to one of my pets so it's about the only one suitable.

Yeah supposably it would have been the filming location for most of the scenes that were eventually shot in The Bahamas (such as the Madagascar chase). Sony failed to negotiate shooting rights in South Africa however.South Africa was real but it never came true.

Well okay, rumours can be true, but rumours do not start with Michael G Wilson announcing,
