I guess it's probably because, in reality, both Solange and Valenka have relatively tiny roles in the movie in comparison to Vesper. In some ways, perhaps they don't wish Eva Green to be upstaged by Caterina Murino and Ivana Milicevic, and thus trying to make it clear that Vesper is the major female presence in this movie.

Understandable, but I think things like the trailers have accomplished that goal perfectly already.

Nothing wrong with getting out some shots of the cast, and I think the beautiful Ivana Milicevic has been overlooked.

My guess, based on what little I've seen, is that Ivana Milicevic just doesn't have the presence of Caterina Murino. Perhaps because I've seen less of her... but I don't think so.

All three of them really stand out in my opinion. It seems that alot of fans cite Thunderball as having the best collection of Bond girls (Domino, Fiona, Paula, Patricia), but Casino Royale...
