Okay, I have beat From Russia with Love, got all the upgrades, the really cool lil extras, the awards, etc. Now, what in the world do I do with the 106 research points, and the 999,999 skill points?

I am actually very much inclined to agree with you, Agent 003. I enjoyed both GRA and FRWL.

I enjoyed From Russia With Love, immensely, even though it was quite linear and easy.
The over-the-shoulder 'Bond Focus' option really makes you feel like Bond, I think.
The problem I had with this game is the developers were clearly quite p**sed off that they had to make From Russia With Love instead of one of the more outrageous Connery flicks like YOLT, so they incorporated a lot of silliness into the game that marred the other films. The jetpack was disgracefully overused and the way they show it, you'd swear it was a vital element of one of the films.
I also thought the writing was quite bad and Connery (with all respect due) didn't blow me away with his performance.
The most cringe-worthy part in the game was when someone called out:
"Help! The Russians have taken hostages!"
BOND: "I'm going in!"
BOND IS NOT A SUPERHERO HE WOULD NOT SAY THAT!
I also thought the music was rubbish and didn't have the flair that a Bond film/game should have.
All in all though, a fairly decent game.
