Interesting. Here's my shot at it. Major spoilers!

I would have the trailer start with shots of the casino both interior and exterior leading to the card table with a V.O of the croupire explaining "This is no limit Tenze Le Carte, $10 million buyin, $5 million to rebuy" and he continues explaining the rules intercut with shots of various players at the table and shots of chips being won and lost, cards being tossed away with the lasts shots of Le Chiffre then Bond. Fade to scene of Le Chiffre welcoming Bond, "Welcome Mr. Beech, or is that Bond? I'm a little confused" "Well, we wouldn't want that would we". Cut to scene's of Bond and M in the Bahamas intercut with various shots of Le Chiffre as she goes over bits of his dossier, "Le Chiffre doesn't have a hundred million dollars to lose" "we Want him alive" etc. This shift to Bond meeting Vesper "I'm the money" "Every penny of it". Then maybe some shots back in the Bahamas of Bond battling Dimitrios at the poker table and some other shots perhaps of Bond doing some cloak and daggery stuff like a few glimpes of him at Hotel Spledie with Vesper evesdropping on Le Chiffre and maybe Bond stalking Carlos through the MIA terminal. Some dialogue from M, Vesper, Mathis etc explaing how Bond is very reckless intercut with the main poker game then a shot of Le Chiffre "you must have thought I was bluffing" then of Bond and Vesper "I can beat him" I can't allowow that" then some shots of the DBS in a spectacular acciedent intercut with Bond losing at the Poker table, fade to black V.O from Bond over black "I always knew you'd be a sore loser" fade into an ominious shot of Le Chiffre, "Me sore?" Fast cut of Le Chiffre rasing his leg and kicking Bond square in the chest with quickly cuts to a spectacular explosion perhaps one from the MIA sequnece and now the theme from the teaser kicks in, hopefully the french mix and rest of the triler plays out with shbots from the various action scenes. They got to have some shots of Bond clinging to the front of the tanker as it speeds towards the airliner and some shots of Bond running through the streets of Venice and all of this intercut with shots of a crads being laid down on the poker table building up to the title being revealed "Casino Royale". I also think "I'm sorry,..That last hand....nearly killed me" should be the final line of the trailer.

OK Here's mine



Camera fades into Bond walking up the stairs to the Casino but it only shows the back of him. Fades out and then you see him whip out the gun to shoot Dryden. Then a quick shot of him screaming during the torture scene. Then you see chips on a poker table then the camera slowly rises to show Craig's face then Bond says " Medium Dry Vodka Martini, Shaken, not Stirred. Then it blasts out the bond theme from the trailer showing, Miami, Bahamas, Venice, and the part where Bond's heart stops beating and when Le Chiffre whips out the stilleto and it cuts to bond saying " I'm sorry, that last hand . . . nearly killed me." Nice idea as a teaser, but we're so much further along in terms of production now that we will get a much more fleshed-out trailer drawing together many aspects of the storyline. I imagine the producers will be extremely keen to make clear that Bond does not have his 00-status at the start of the movie, and expect that to be a key feature of the trailer.

Ok, heres mine. Most extreme spoilers imaginable.

Spoiler

We see the MGM lion appear and dissapear. As the Columbia image fades in, we begin to here a crowd cheering. It fades out and we open on the cricket grounds. The grandstands full and the shot pans the entire field. We see the batsman hit the ball into the crowds, the guy catching it and as he throws it back the camera focuses on Fisher who turns to look at the rowdy fans. He spots the silouhette that is Bond, and at that moment that anouncer guy says "You know his name". We see Fisher panic and start pushing his way through the crowd. We cut to Drydens office with him sitting down facing Bond saying "If the theatrics are meant to intimidate me, I'm afraid you have the wrong man. If M was so sure I was beant she'd of sent a double o. Your file shows no kills, and it takes..." Bond cuts him off, "Two." Show Dryden's reaction. Announcer guy "You know his number." It then cuts to a black and white image of Bond staring at Mollaka at the Embassy. Announcer speaks "But do you know the man?" Mollaka "What is your name, I want to know who died here today." "The name's Bond, what's yours?" "Mollaka" "See that? You already knew the answer." Bond shoots him and then as the Bond theme begins we see the flashing gunbarrel. It cut's into color and we see M talking to Bond at her house. "For years we have connected Dimitrious to a man we know as Le Chiffre, banker to the worlds terrorists and organized crime." As the conversation goes on we see various shots of Le Chiffre (i.e at his meeting with Obanno at the beginning etc). We cut to Bonds voice. "Right you want a clean kill or just for me to send a message." We show Bond at MIA and parts of that scene. M's voice "We want him alive. He has set up a high stakes poker game at Le Casino Royale, you'll be in it. We are also sending our contact from the treasury, a Miss. Lynnd." Cut's to shots of Vesper meeting Bond saying "I'm the money" Bond replies "Every penny of it".It then cuts to various Casino Shots, Bond winning then losing the big one. Etc. From there I have know idea. Probably then to the Car Chase and then to the torture scene. It ends with Bond sitting back down at the poker table saying "I'm sorry, that last hand...nearly killed me and then Le Chiffres reaction. The we have the Release date and rating.
