From Dr No to Die Another Day, James Bond has always been a slick, suave, sophisticated, well mannered(he never uttered a single profanity in 44 years on screen),decent, classy, witty gentleman who is a 'bon-vivant' and enjoys good/expensive food(Caviar 4 instance),Vodka Martini shaken but not stirred or Bourbon and always travel in style first class going to the best locations on earth..Thats my man right there, always cool who has some characteristics like the drinks and Class that never deceive..James has a great sense of humor in whatever situation he founds himself.I particularly love his suits/blazers which are very classy and impeccable...But i have some questions, which merit some answers if you could enlighten me folks? Why in 40 years has James Bond never used a very RUDE profanity like in hollywood or other movies? Why does he never swear?Bond who is supposedly a great gent does some ungentleman actions like sending Paris Carver to her death in Tomorrow never Dies or kills rather coldly Electra in The World Is Not Enough,so do you still think he is a gentleman 2wards the ladies/slapping women in the Connery/lazenby/Moore Era?Maybe i've got a problem with associating the term "gentleman" and James Bond in the same sentence, so guys could u clarify that 4 me please and share your views on the subject..Another point which i want 2 raise is the fact that as Gustav Graves in Die Another Day says that 007 has an inferiority complex hiding bhind sarcastic humor plus the Sony site for Casino Royale states that Bond uses humor has a defense mechanism mocking others...What are your thoughts? Its a complex issue 2 say the least!Waiting 4 ur views and insights on the James Bond persona and psychological way of thinking and doing things..Cheers and take care mates...

Bond is a doer, not a talker.
His actions speak volumes.
Example: What he does to Sanchez.
He never calls him a sorry sack of
or details what he wants to do to him verbally, he just DOES it.

1) The space bar is your friend. The number pad is not.
2) Bond almost certainly has an inferiority complex, as do most people, to varying degrees. He's smart and he's cultivated confidence, but he's really the epitome of "trying too hard."
3) The films have always been kept relatively clean to broaden the target audience, but in the novel of Goldfinger Bond tells the titular character to "go f**** himself." Even Fleming censored it, but the meaning's quite clear. In real life I've no doubt Bond would occasionally bust out some colourful language he picked up from his Navy days, but he's a cool-blooded fella under pressure after all.

He's called at least one woman a bitch on screen. Also "hell" and "damn". While not terrible, it's not something you get away with in kindergarten.
But honestly, I'd rather have a Bond with a squeaky clean mouth than a Tarantino/tourret fest.

1) The space bar is your friend. The number pad is not.
Add to that the Enter key - this can be hit twice to create Line Spacing. This, you will see, puts Spaces between Lines.
