Pretty self explanitary. What would you choose?
I would go for a midget because there arnt enough short ppl in JB. Give him a spinning cutlass instead of a hand and a strong scottish accent. If that doesnt get Bond running than nothing will.

Love the pic. Now all he needs is an extreme weapon of death. How about a flame thrower that comes complete with evil villainous audio quotes from good old connery.
These could include:
"I am your father .........Craig" or
"Thats copyrighted you damned thief!"
Thats not a bad idea actually, a villain made by combineing two previous bonds ^^

What about the guy who played "mini me" in austin powers? Could use hum as a man eating midget. Or maybe do a sci-fi cross over and place JB against pre historic dinosaurs? We'll see how powerfull he is against a true test ^^

I think Ron Silver would make a great Bond villian, as well.
As much as I'd like to see Uma Thruman as a Bond girl, she could pull off a Bond villainess very well.
