Eva Green's costume and makeup is very Neo-Noir - She looks like a Femme Fatale from one of the old Film Noirs which works very well with the character.

The way she's got it on reminds me of Judy Garland from the "Get Happy" number in "Summer Stock", although there's obviously a huge noir influence as well.

Better and better. This film really looks like it's shaping up aesthetically. True style.

Awesome. Eva's looking *great* in those retro fashions. Man, I'm loving the "old school" vibe I get from these pictures.
Obviously, this doesn't apply to stuff like that DIE ANOTHER DAY-type gadget they use on Craig's arm in the trailer, but if you were to show things like these new pics and even the teaser poster to a non Bond-fan who hadn't been paying any attention to the making of CASINO ROYALE (I'm told such people exist

I too like this retro vibe (similar to the '70s tinge of the Bourne films), especially as it's a retro that wasn't even in the early Connery films.... it's going right back to the '50s and Flemmmmmmmming's Bond. Good show.

I am loving Craig's body language - it screams BOND to me for some reason. He is very casual, but not - like a lounging tiger in the zoo.

Yes. Very Fleming's Bond, and never really captured onscreen other than by Connery. That he's militantly blonde only makes him all the more a rough, tough, stuff-my-orders, ripped-from-the-pages-of-Fleming prowling tiger.

One question though. Up to now I steered clear of the CR script, so I have to ask. Where are the torture scenes supposed to take place? Because, the pics showing Craig on a stretcher arriving at the hospital show czech inscriptions and labels on the doors to the emergency ward and on the ambulance car. Is that supposed to be the case in the movie? Or will the cameras, via clever angles, cover the actual czech location for audiences?
