Sounds like just another rumour or something the poster completely made up. I've personally only heard that early work has begun on Bond 22, but nothing about the title and so forth.
It does sound that way as well, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if they used it for Bond 2.2. Since they appear to be wanting to go back to the roots established by Fleming, I wouldn't be surprised if they used some of the unused titles (The Property of a Lady, The Undertaker's Wind, etc.), and the fact that Dalton's 3rd film was supposedly going to be titled "Property of a Lady" shows that it is something that they have considered using before.

The Undertaker's Wind is a chapter of Live and Let Die
I know, but it's been a very popular suggestion on these forums for a film title.

I'd say perhaps the #1 fan pick of the Fleming chapter titles.

You're probably right on that, although Risico is pretty high up there too.

The Property of a Lady has always been a popular title, and it's my favorite Fleming short story (and I do love the title), but I hope they go with Risico. Risico sounds kind of "dark" and definitely a good title to follow up with Craig.

Oh yes, that as well.

Well, if you want a lot of childish comments about "wind". They'll never use it.

I always rather fancied 'QUANTUM OF SOLACE", myself. It certainly has an exotic sound to it, and certianly would stir some chat amoung the uneducated newcasters about what it all means. There are so very few "Q" titled films, as well. (I do wish they would finish all the Ian Fleming titles (with the exception of "007 IN NEW YORK") and then progress on to the chapter titles.)

Maybe if bond 22's 'TPOAL' do you think the property will be something of vespers?
Why would Vesper be involved?

I'm guessing the possible significance may be Bond using a possession of Vesper's from CASINO ROYALE to track down a villain who may then in turn lead him to the larger terrorist organisation. In this way, it would be a natural progression to a sequel one would imagine.

Also, the fact that THE PROPERTY OF A LADY was reportedly considered as the title for the projected third Dalton film in 1991, fills me with hope that this may well be the title of BOND 22.

Perhaps Vesper will kind of become the new Tracy in this second series of Bond films (since it seems doubtful that Tracy will be reintroduced, and I imagine that most fans would be livid if she were - "How dare they pretend OHMSS never happened!", etc).
In other words, instead of lines like "He was married once but it was a long time ago", they'll say of Craig and his successors "Yes, he's a womaniser, but believe it or not he did once lose his heart to someone", and audiences will think Ah, that's a reference to CASINO ROYALE.
(Anti-reboot fans will, of course, be free to imagine they're still referring to Tracy, regardless.)
