Got the same problem when ordering from amazon.com. Amazon.co.uk, however, has it in store and sent my copy out today!

First to read it should post a review.. I'll probably buy it one way or the other, but it would be comforting to know whether or not it's good first :)

Me either... The shipping cost usually kills me!...

I guess I'd better get an order in before its 'unavailable' again...

I've read it and think it is an amusing, lightweight read with some interesting nuggets but no real revelations if you've followed the output on his two films.
Recommended reading for the serious Bond fan.

Got my copy the other day and am absolutely loving this book. I really like Wood's dry wit and, although I know most of it already, the way he presents it makes it all fresh and interesting. What are other people's impressions?

For anyone who has read it, is the book just about the making of the two films or does Wood go into any detail on his turning the screenplays into his novelisations?

Loving it so far. Very cool to hear about the cut scenes in Moonraker and what lines Wood did and didn't like for both films--whether they made it into the final script or not.

I'm also enjoying this book. I didn't like the first chapter, but after that it got great!

Does he discuss the novelisations in depth(if at all)?
