I just realised it was Ian Fleming's birthday yesterday, so I thought I'd post this little happy birthday message in his memory.
He would have been 94.

It's still May 28 where I am, so I haven't missed it. Ian Fleming did what most writers only dream about--wrote books that people still read and talk about years after his death. I'm not sure what lies beyond this world, but in the here and now Ian Fleming has gained immortality.

There was only one, and there will only be one Ian Fleming - the creator of superspy 007!

GOD BLESS HIM.

Yesterday was a very special day for us here in Sweden. Just in time for Ian's 94th birthday (if he was still alive) the first exclusive pictures from Die Another Day
was released to Swedish Media.

He was a hero to his country, fighting valiently during World War II.

He was a hero to the world giving readers and movie goers all over this planet a hero they could turn to when a real super hero was needed.

Requiestat in pace Ian Fleming.

God bless Mr Fleming for creating perhaps the most popular modern character in the world.
