What's the best way of ghetting thru this part of the level? WHen I was playing last night I couldn't shoot for crap. At least I proved I can't hit a moving target.

I found that practice makes perfect on this level. Also, play it through a few times and take note of where the targets are positioned.

I keep trying but I can't. 
update: I passed that level, and next the gipsy camp level and now I'm in the sniper position level getting Kerim Bey cover.

UPDATE YOUR ARMOR every chance you can. Max it out if you have to from type 1 al the way to 4.
That helps get you thru the underground levels faster. Also with anywhere else where the gunplay is heavy
