Just wondering, which Bond flick was Brian Blessed in?
Sorry, going by previous posts I wasn't aware they had to have been in a Bond movie. However, Brian Blessed was in one of the early 'Tales Of The Unexpected' episodes - 'Lamb To The Slaughter' - based on Roald Dahl's short story. However, Patricia Neal revealed in an interview that the plot was given to Dahl by Ian Fleming over dinner. In the story a woman kills her unfaithful husband with a frozen leg of lamb, which she then cooks and serves to the police, made hungry by their unsuccessful hunt for the murder weapon!
Yes, nice tangential link there, Head of S. This story is referenced in the film of Moonraker when M asks Moneypenny in the PTS where 007 is: "He's on his last leg, sir" - an obvious allusion to Roald "Tarka" Dahl's fascinating steal from Fleming.
Or not...

Also rather ironic that there's more Fleming material in 'Lamb To The Slaughter' than the script for 'You Only Live Twice' .

LOL! Crashes through paper wall, trips up masked assassin, kills him brutally, dresses in improbably fitting trenchcoat and rides to HQ in back of car moaning unconvincingly except for prime John Barry score with juicy fuzz box.
