[Agent Spriggan Ominae]

I remember this character being revealed by Stax a while back. He said he assumed it was a she and that she had some type of connection to Le Chiffre or something like that. I was wondering if that chracter is still in the story or has she evolved into Valenka a-la Solori to Obanno or is a seperate character. Can Stax shead some light on this character or is any other speculation, rumors, etc?
