I know this may be a bit early but judging from the script review and IGN reports what scenes do you most want to see/learn more about? I currently have three...

1. The Pre-Title Sequence. One of the things that we've never really seen on screen is the assasin side to Bond and I hope that Craig has the same coolness in the assasinations as he does while killing in Munich.
2. The final showdown between Bond and Le Chiffre at Texas Hold 'Em. Texas Hold 'Em, despite what anyone says, is perfect for this film since it's a game where you can go from having absolutely everything to absolutely nothing which makes it quite tense. Seeing the intenst and intimidating Craig and Madds staring each other down across the talbe is going to be quite a treat. I'm curious, as a card player, to see what exactly is the hand that settles the game.
3. Bond meets Vesper. We really have only heard about this from the IGN report. It takes place on a train and is quite clever and is reminiscent of North by Northwest.

Anyone else?

It may seem undiscriminating at the moment, but from what I've read, all of it. Every single frickin' minute.

But especially how they do the ending.

The end, definately. It will make or break the movie.

Sorry that this doesn't truly answer the thread's question, but: the entire film. Bring it on.

My thoughts exactly!

But specifically, I'm really looking forward to Vesper's suicide at the finale of the film.

pretitle, hopefully it'll follow GE, DN, OHMSS and TLD with the anticipation and a memorable sequence.

Well, I'm pretty much looking forward to the whole film but one scene in particular will be the one at Maiami Int. airport followed by poker showdown with Le Chiffre.

I gotta go with the entire thing as well. I don't think I've ever been as excited about an upcoming movie as I am for this.

The end scene, and I hope Bond kills Vesper. That would make perfect sense, and be so astonishing, the audience would be as dumbstuck as the end of OHMSS.

- PTS: I'm absolutely curious on how the B&W will pan out and what kind of reaction it will give from other moviegoers.
- The train sequence: hoping to get a real retro vibe out of this scene.
- The poker scene: the tenseness, the atmosphere... If done right this can become a classic movie moment.
- Torture scene: prolly the thing I'm most looking forward too. This is one of those moments in the book that really sticks into your mind after having read it. Hope the same will happen when I leave the cinema.
- Final line: the shock on everyone's faces will be a joy to watch (again if done the right way)

All of 'em... except I am not looking forward to Bond breaking into M's apartment (that just seemed forced).
