I put in my order for the new edition of Casino Royale at the same time I ordered TMWTRT....anybody else picking these editions up?
I thought the last UK design was pretty good, but now I'll have to pick up all the Flemings again....

I've placed an order for two complete sets, one to read and one to keep in as pristine a condition as possible.
This'll be the perfect oportunity to re-aquint myself with Fleming.

Does anyone have the Pan books released in tune with the films? I have From Russia With Love, and Dr. No. The interesting 'mistake' with Dr. No is that the cover features a photo of Leiter and Quarrel frisking Bond. Of course Leiter isn't in the book and Quarrel is Bond's friend by then! Not really a 'mistake', but amusing.
And From Russia With Love shows a shot of Bond and Tatiana standing by a pillar somewhere. Is this a publicity photo? Anyway, if it isn't, it's not in the book, because Bond has a gun out.
Strangely enough, there is a pic of Vavra and Zora fighting, which was apparently so taboo back then!

I have the "film-tie" publications to all from Dr No to The Spy Who Loved Me.
All except TSWLM were by Pan, I think. Can't remember who did TSWLM copy I have.
