Bond 20 Competition? What's it all about?

If the competition is in Oz, does that mean some of Bond 20 is going to be shot here then?

I am so upset :'(

I entered again today (second time) and I found Bond. There he was, metres away... my DVD's.... my trip to the Bond 20 Set!... and someone walked up to him and said the phrase :)

I feel like crying :'(
