Something like an imprudent James Bond killing a rogue cypher Japonese agent and escaping from the Italian police atop the rooftops of Florence (the new Bond is going to be filmed in Italy, remember...). Go to the basic stunts, no CGI or slow motion... and great live action sequence (we have Stuard Baird as an editor). And its an homage to a lost chase sequence (OHMSS).

Yes, I can see that. I seem to remember reading something about a rooftop chase similar to those BBC idents a while back - that could work very well. A bit like that scene in RED CORNER where Gere has to get to the American embassy across the rooftops.

Use the glamour of Florence. Put James Bond inside the Uffizi Gallery and take use of real locations. Kill the Japonese agent while he's visiting the Museum with his family, but then Bond must escape from the local police. Not huge action. Contained action on top of Florence rooftops, with lots of stunts, fist-fight and great editing. End it up near the River with something wild but pure Bond... Simple but effective.
