Looks like a different pose for the literary-esque Bond that was on the 2005 CBn banner to me.

That is crazy. I love that new banner. Much like the last banner that is a perfect depictation of the way Fleming describes Bond in Casino Royale (except for the scare on right cheek) and other books. But the most amazing thing about it is that picture (and the previous banner) is that Daniel Craig has more than a striking resemblance to Carmichael.

About the scar.
I am of the opinion that the scar is subtle enough and thin enough that it would not be seen at that distance. I believe I put the scar on last years banner but then when I shrunk it down to fit the banner you could not tell I did anything.
