On the media screen of my game, I only have the London and Factory trailers, instead of the other 7. It doesn't say anything about this anywhere else! I've completed the game, won awards, everything! Is this a problem or is it meant to be like this?

Unfortunately us Brits got screwed and we only have the 2 trailers. Unlike the US version which has interviews, making ofs, the trailers you mentioned and much more.
