My wife usually works the boat show and when she does I can get in free. Unfortunatley this year I do not believe that she will be working it as she is taking classes.

I however will go whether I have to pay or not. Not sure it will be on "Bond Day" but I'll make it.

We should all keep positng here as our plans firm up and perhaps gahter for a Martini before or after the show.

Looks great!

I went to the boats of bond today and it was awesome. I was interviewed on russian television and by the associated press. Its definitely worth the price of addmission. i took pictures of everything(boats and props) and will post them by the end of tonight, or tomorrow. the prizes for costumes are as follows- Bond- 700 dollar tournau watch, Bond Girl- 650 dollar tournau watch, Bond villian- From Russia with love videogame, Bond charcter- From Russia With Love. while there, I spoke to the person in charge of marketing for the baltimore show, its going to be in the Baltimore Convetion Center from january 21-29. I gave him my email and he said he will email me about details to post on the site.

I went to the show today-shot a roll of film on the boats & gadgets. A lot of people came by while I was there. Some of the surronding boats were bigger than the Disco Volante. They should do more exhibits like this in NY. Glad I went and saw them in person. No hang glider/roof on the Moonraker boat, though.

I was able to find the article from associated press that interviewed me. There are some misqoutes, I said that when I invited pierce brosnan to my bar mitzvah he sent me an autographed picture not " he sent me a note" also I sadly dont have a full collection of first editions, I only have 3, but I do have countless other editions of every novel. I am sorry I didnt post the pictures yet, My brother has the memory card in his camera, I'll see him on wednesday, he left to orlando and is coming back then. Ill post them when he arrives.
Heres the article- http://news.yahoo.co...e_us/bond_boats

Ps- my dad did most of the talking, he got caught up in the moment and hardly let me get a word through. Also, a person from the ian fleming foundation called me last night after he read the article thanking me for reading the ian fleming novels, he found it amazing a person so young was reading flemings work.
