Grey 3 piece Sean wore in Goldfinger.
I agree with this or the white one he wore in the pre-title sequence of Goldfinger.
Totally agree.

All of Connery's suits.
Brosnan's suit during the TWINE pre-credits.
At the other end of the scale...while Sir Roger always looked "good", time has not been good to the majority of his suits (buttons on the shoulders? safari, anyone?)

Sean Connery played Bond in Diamonds Are Forever no matter what you call it, and that film is a proof that the 70's clothes and the humor came before Roger Moore and that style was going to continue with any actor in the role (even Sean). Personally, I dont have any big problems with 70's styled clothes in a movie made during the 70's... but thats just me.

Yes, Moore's suits were heavily 70's styled, big flares and lapels, so they have aged less well that Connery's which were far more classic and therefore timeless. Interesting also that the colour palette broadened with Moore; mostly Connery wore grey, various shades from light to dark (I'm leaving out DAF here as for me that was a Rog film with the wrong actor); with LALD and TMWTGG you start to get browns, mid blues and light blues. I actually like Moore's italian tailored blue suits in TMWTGG (if they were cut without the flares that is).
And as for the safari jackets - that is Roger Moore's Bond for me! Love 'em!
