Who gives a f*** about what Sienna Miller snubs?

There are plenty other fabulous actresses for the Vesper Lynd role, high-profile or not, such as:

Ludivine Sagnier;
Virginie Ledoyen;
Helena Bonhan Carter;
Gwyneth Paltrow;
Winona Ryder.

And if they want a worldwide known super-STAR, why not choose KYLIE MINOGUE for the role :tup: LOL she'll give them plenty free publicity.

:D

Where has the taste gone? Vesper is a WOMAN of style and class.

Ludivine Sagnier: Not english and can't pass for one
Virginie Ledoyen: Not english, can't pass for one and too young
Helena Bonhan Carter: Not the right type
Gwyneth Paltrow; Married with kids and very not Vesper
Winona Ryder: Harlot to low class rocker apes and not english
Kylie Minogoue: Can do if only she was much taller

My choices = Jennifer Connelly or Carla Gugino. They ARE Vesper.

It might be too early to say that CASANOVA will be a blockbuster or not but, if it is I will be highly surprised.

Obviously it's too early to say if CASANOVA will be hit or not, which is why I counched the mention of it in the language I did. Certainly though it is being considered as a blockbuster by the studio and has received good test audience screenings and a lot of buzz about all the promotion its getting in the theaters.

I have no idea how it will do, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if it's a hit - certainly all my female friends want to see it! LOL

By the way, my personal preference for Vesper Lynd (though she's essentially retired from acting and singing now) is the French actress/singer Vanessa Paradis (I'm a long-term fan having followed her career since the 1980s) :tup:

Interesting. Paradis always had a girlish touch. I think Vesper should be more womanly. Belluci is the way to go, IMO.
