Hey everybody, I just signed up and wanted feedback on some fan art.

I wasn't really liking the Casino Royale cover art, so I decided to make my own to match my Ultimate Edition sets. This being my first attempt at cover art I'm pretty happy with the result. My image hosting service scaled down the image so this isn't full size.

My Casino Royale UE cover

There is one detail I'd like to point out, I messed with the opacity on certain sections of the explosion so you can faintly see the poker game in the flames (up by Craig's head is the most noticable part).

Here is a little B&W watercolor/ink piece I threw together as a tribute to Casino Royale's PTS, and Bond's first kill.

Originally, it was to be used as a background for a hand carved ink print of Craig's gunbarrel, but I liked the way it turned out so I left it alone. It is done in a mildly cartoony/comic book style, and all from memory (I did it a couple of weeks before the DVD came out.)
Please let me now what you think!

OK, I don't know how about you, but I would definately like to see Casino Royale DVD's in Ultimate Edition cover to fit to ever growing collection of other UE Bond movies.
So I decided it's time to make one
Few things:
1) I know the font's aren't perfect, but that's what I've rounded up,
2) I know that Bond should carry a gun on the UE cover, but IMO there was no really good picture fitting,
3)the symbol between JAMES and BOND on UE original covers is some kind of heavily modified UK Foreign Office logo. Since I couldn't find any scans of covers i took the liberty to put the true one (in fact it took me quite a time to find reasonably high resolution logo of FO )
4) it's just font cover, but (if anybody likes it) in time I think I'll continue with back and ridge sides

Unfortunately I've reached an impas in my work, since I don't know how does exactly the ridge look like. If I find a scan of an original UE I'll finish my work. Perhaps someone here could help?
