I found some, but they are GameShark only.

I don't intend on purchasing GameShark, so these are useless for me.

I have also looked for cheats (because I have already finished it), but it seems like they may not have added any. Btw, I really don't know if there would be any fun moments in the game where you could use a cheat like infinite health or ammo. Hmm... maybe.
