In the 19 movies we have seen bond has driven some cool cars so which was your favourite?
My favourite is probably the lotus that Roger Moore had in TSWLM. I also liked Brosnans BMW in TND.

The Aston Martin from Goldfinger was fantastic. I had actually forgotten about the car when I made the first post.
One of the reasons I like this one was because It was Bonds first car we seen with Q's crazy gadgets in.

the DB5 hands down, but I also like the Aston Martin from The Living Daylights, the Z3 and the upcoming Vanquish...but the worst would be a tie between what Bond drove in San Francisco in A View to a Kill and the AMC from The Man with the Golden Gun...AMC?!?...what were they thinking.......

I just remembered: the Toyota coupe in You Only Live Twice. Literally one of a kind, I think. And a tv with a guy calling me 'Zero zero'! ;d

Was it a station waggon in A View to a Kill? Anyway, I remember thinking Oh my God! Bond's lost his style! when I saw that bit.

My favourite is the DB5 or DBS for looks, and the Wet Nellie has the best gadget.

Ever since I first saw the Aston Martin DB5, it's been my favourite. Now, they're my favourite type of car, period. I'll bet with the release of Die Another Day, the V12 Vanquish will be my favourite, though. ;-) These are closely followed by the Lotus Esprit from The Spy Who Loved Me, and the Aston Martin V8 from The Living Daylights. But I also can't forget the Rolls Royce Phantom II from Goldfinger and the Bentley (that deserved more screen time) in From Russia With Love.

Definately without a shadow of a doubt the DB5 from GF and TB. It is 'the most famous car in the world' after all. Second best is the Lotus Esprit from TSWLM and then, hell, lets just make a list!
1.Aston Martin DB5(GF)
2.Lotus Esprit(TSWLM/FYEO)
3.Aston Martin V8 Vantage(TLD)
4.BMW 750il (TND)
5.=BMW Z8(TWINE)
5=.Aston Martin V12 Vanquish(DAD) Looks superb!

I've always thought the Rolls described in Goldfinger was much less 'gaudy' than in the film. Fleming describes it as being 'silver', but the 'silver' is actually white gold.

But in the film, it's yellow paint and black trim. :) Anyone else think Goldfinger's car is [cuss] ?

The Aston Martin DB V from Goldfinger is still my favorite, and let's face it--it still has the coolest and most unique features. I also have a soft spot for the "Wet Nellie" Lotus submersible from Spy. . .and I like the Lotus in FYEO for no other reason than the burglar alarm gag is priceless.
