after Bond gives Wade his car, Wade tells him that Trevelyan knows that he (007) is coming. First of all, how would Trevelyan know that? For all he knows, Bond and Natalya were blown to bits in the train. Second, when Trev is shown Bond and Natalya on a little screen, he seems to be angrily surprised that Bond is there. If he had known that Bond was coming, he would have had guards posted everywhere to kill him.
So therefore, why did Wade say that Trev knew that Bond was coming? To make him nervous? It makes absolutely no sense at all.
or even this
How could Natalya change the access codes for the computer when she didn't have the original codes? Surely the system would have had something to make sure that she had the first set of codes before she could be allowed to change them?
But I love this one
When Trevelyan is supposidly killed by Ourumov in the facility, there is no blood on the floor. If Trevelyan was shot in the head don't you think there would be blood on the floor where he is lying?
Did they ever notice that Trevelyan came back a little later in the film? Seems not

If you count the ticks of the bomb timer (which are in the background sound once the bomb is armed) you can tell they're way out of synch with the times shown. (Maybe it's because the timer decrements much faster than once per second.)
If this is true then why does every one complain about the 'Three more ticks comment...'. Bond obviously noticed the disparity.

It is illegal for the CIA to operate inside the United States, so why are CIA agents investigating Goldfinger in Kentucky? That's the FBI's job.
Someone should tell the CIA this
