This has been bugging me for a while now, and I'm dying to find out. In TMWTGG it holds 6, in TLD it holds 8 and in GE its holds 7. Confusing or what? ???

How many rounds does the Walther PPK hold?

It holds 7, not including the one in the chamber, there might be a glitch in the films though, addin extra shots, it happens in most films. dont worry 2 much about it!

I think the number is 7. This is what it was in the game, and the gun was the PPK, just called the PP7. Either way, I wouldn't get sleepless over it.

How about the Beretta? Bond says to 'Nash' that it holds eight rounds. Does this include the breech?
Do people generally include the breech cartridge?

Geez that was fast Ritz, how do you reply that fast? How come the film producers made the PPK hold more/less rounds then? I suppose it could be different versions of the PPK, or it could be just to fit the films storyline. You know ''6 bullets to your 1'' and ''you've had you're 8, now I'll have my 80.'' Things like that :-)

Bond uses the .320 calibre PPK (that's 7.62mm in thousandths-of-an-inch), and the Walther USA site tells me that this calibre fits 7+1 rounds--that's seven in the magasine, and one in the breech, Total: eight (8) rounds.
However the .380 calibre PPK holds '6+1' rounds. Perhaps this was the one on the set of The Man with the Golden Gun where Bond says: 'My six to your one?'
