I'm tired right now and I'm not really sure if I'm able to put the 19 best Bond-films in order...but I couldn't miss the opportunity to tell when the casting actors were on top.
1. Sean Connery- You Only Live Twice
2. George Lazenby- ~Guess~
Of course: On Her Majesty's Secret Service
3. Roger Moore- I'll think I'll go for Octopussy, but Live And Let Die or For Your Eyes Only are not bad movies.
4. Timothy Dalton- License To Kill
5. Pierce Brosnan- Tomorrow Never Dies
Allright...There you go!
My ERA-favourites

What's 'ERA'?
Anyway my favourites-per-actor are:
Connery: From Russia With Love
Lazenby: Has the honour of acting in the best Bond film of all time.
Moore: Octopussy
Dalton: Licence to Kill
Brosnan: I really don't know. For sure not Tomorrow Never Dies, but I am really at a stalemate here.

Welcome to the forums, but you think Connery was best in You Only Live Twice? I think you're in the minority here, most feel Sean was just going through the motions here, personally he was best in From Russia With Love...

Favourites:
Connery - From Russia With Love
Moore - For Your Eyes Only
Dalton - Licence To Kill
Brosnan - Tomorrow Never Dies
Primes:
Connery: Thunderball - a more worn, rugged look than previous films.
Moore: The Spy Who Loved Me - Looks better than in the first two, more Bondy and this is the best look; the stage between 43+ Moore and Old goat Moore.
Dalton: The Living Daylights - By Licence To Kill he'd lost this look and some of his hair. This definitely the better of the two.
Brosnan: Tomorrow Never Dies - After the newboy look of GoldenEye, this gave him a slightly more 'experienced' look and far more Bondy. Better than his worn/mature look that he seems to have formed in the last 5years.
