Do you really think it would be an amusing film if they shot Bond in the teaser. After what I understand, all of Bond's enemies is very selfish and wants to take the power of univers. They would not find a ,eaning in shooting people to kill them. For example: In "Goldfinger". When Goldfinger finds out that Jill Masterson turned to Bond's side after making love to him. Goldfinger could just put a snipe in the opposite room, or send up a body-guard with a machine-gun- But his obsession with owning the world tells him to put humour in the murderer. Obviousely Goldfinger's obsessionmakes him do what he does. He covers Jill Masterson in gold
paint, which kills her.
