Anways, I need some help, does anyone have some hi-res (or decent enough) images, of any of the Bond actor's in their Naval commander's uniform. Tomorrow Never Dies screencaptures, of Brosnan, would suit my needs perfectley. Close up's are also required. If anybody, has access to any of these sort of pics, then please email me them. All pics will be useful. PLEASE HELP!

Did it bug anyone else when Bond never saluted M in YOLT? And why in the world did they dress him up in uniform? Anyone who opened the casket could see the scuba gear, so it wasn't to disguise him as a 'real Commander's corpse'.
I suppose Connery never made Commander so he felt that on his last outing (sic) as Bond, he should wear the uniform.
And what rank is Miss Moneypenny? What's with the blue stripes? Is that some sort of Women's Submarine service or something?
Any women in the Royal Navy here? Royal Canadian/Australian Navy? Even...the US Navy?

Can anyone with the Tomorrow Never Dies DVD, help me out here?
Also, (other than MI6) does anyone know of any good sources for hi-res Bond images?

You will find ones of Moore and Connery in uniform...Lazenby and Dalton never did it.

You Only Live Twice - 1967
The Spy Who Loved Me - 1977
Tomorrow Never Dies - 1997
It's rather strange that Dalton never appeared in a Naval uniform in The Living Daylights in 1987, especially considering that he is the actor who is considered to be the closest to Fleming's Bond. Mind you, they did make up for it with all those annoying "Hey, y'gotta minute Commander?" and "Let it go, Commander" remarks in Licence to Kill didn't they?

However there's that 'Ark Royal, wasn't it?' line in TSWLM, and Anya's brief biography that said '...recruited form the Royal Navy to the Secret service...' or something similar...so was the film Bond meant to have served at sea?
I've seemed to confuse myself. ???

And as for Bond's naval experience...according to Pearson's book, "The Unauthorized Biography of 007" Bond in fact did have experience in the Navy at sea. But, you must also take into account that this bio implies that Bond was old enough to be at sea during WWII!

One tiny little problem about Bond's (Pierce) naval hat. It's too big, and almost his whole forehead is covere
That seem's to a trend developing with Bond hats, remember Moon's?
Im pretty sure though, that it is the style that these hats are to be worn in. Remember that they aint base-ball caps.
