Not to split hairs but it's you pro people who are damning the franchise.

BTW Sam Fisher, I hope you don't take my "pathetic" statement as an insult to you personally. I was just saying that I think the whole negative attitude that the anti-Craig people have been showing is pretty sad. No offense to you.

It's alright. I'm getting quite famous for being the black sheep of the Bond/CBn family and personally I don't mind. So not to worry.
But as for JameswpBond's recent reply....that's sadly a pipedream, even if it remains to be seen.

It could either be the best thing or the worst thing in a while, but I have a feeling it's gonna be good.

Cubby Broccoli used to say he liked the other action/adventure films because it seems fans of one will like a similar entry, and I don't disagree.
I want to see both MI3 and Casino Royale. They will be released in different seasons, after all. If I took the attitude of some people, I would automatically write off MI3 because I consider MI2 one of the worst big-budget films I've seen, but I won't
So bring on both films.

I won't make any box office predictions, but I'm looking forward to and am excited about both of them.
Not likely - Spider-Man 3 doesn't come out until 2007.
It depends on the market and what opens opposite of them. MI3 may get its
kicked by Sony's Spiderman. It's certainly a very real scenario.
