Has there ever been a moment in a Bond film that made you jump or startled? (please be serious; no Moore bashing)
When I was a little kid, I remember much of LALD scaring the crud out of me with all of that voodoo stuff.
The most frightening moment in any Bond film, for me, is when Bond hops into bed at Piz Gloria (OHMSS) and discovers that IRMA BUNT is in it! AAGH!
Most Frightening Bond scene

I hate to admit it because it turned out so innocuous, and that's when the cat rushs past Bond on the staircase in Stacy's mansion in A View to a Kill. It's happened more than once to me. Bloody cat of all things!
Don't ask me why.

Ongoing claustrophobia vibe nominates for me the coffin/crematorium scene in Diamonds Are Forever.
That it ends with a cop out is a shame, but it's a nasty idea, cremated alive.

The exploding head of Milton Krest in License To Kill. As a child I kept my parents asking, what happened to that man. Why did the villain do something terrible?????????
