And it will be nice to see Goldeneye and Tomorrow Never Dies join the ranks, instead of always seeing the worst possible Pierce movie, TWINE!!!

Dammit! Spike should just change its name to JBTV or some such and be done with it. Of course, it is better than another Star Trek marathon like the guys used to do. I'll take Never Say McClory Again over a paunchy Kirk anyday!

Might watch a bit here or there if I flick thru the channels and see one on, but am not set on this marathon.

I was just watching The Living Daylights on Spike. Got tired of the ads though.

The extra fifteen minutes of commercials makes watching movies on Spike more "painful" than similar channels like AMC, TBS, or TNT.

That said, it's always a joy to see "The Living Daylights", Licence to Kill", "GoldenEye", "Tomorrow Never Dies", or "The World Is NOt Enough".

We all may quibble about the comparative merits of the Bond films, these late 80s and 90s releases are just so much better than the vast majority of action/adventure films released over the last eighteen years.

I've caught late-night snippets of Goldfinger and Thunderball, and longer stretches of FYEO, AVTAK, GE, TND and TWINE. Bond on the telly is an incredible tractor beam. I can't not watch. Commit me, now!

I had LTK on in the background today and I noticed they left in both Pam's "Bull****!" and Sanchez's "I don't give a  about the money". Ooh, naughty naughty!!

Makes sense, considering the three hour time slots and endless commericials sometimes.
