I know that there are some typical British, sometimes even royal elements in Bond movies. For example the showing of the Union Jack in TSWLM, Octopussy and AVTAK. But it is in OHMSS that we see also the portrait of Queen Elizabeth! I was wondering if there were more references of other Royal families across Europe and the rest of the world. It seems to me very clear that only the Dutch Royals were related to a Bond movie in DAF. We saw the name of our (than.....in 1971) 4 year old crown prince Willem Alexander (Yesterday happily married!) on a tourboat on the Canals. But my question was............are there more references from other national Rotyal Houses, besides the British and Dutch royals in other Bond movies????????????????????????

Also in GE, Trevelyn sarcastically says "God save the Queen" in the control room (Cuba).

I can't think of a reference to a Royal family from a country other than Britain and The Netherlands.

However, I have thought up another British Royal family "reference". I hope this counts. Doesn't Trevelyan call Bond "Her Majesty's loyal Terrier"?? (I think Bond's response is to raise his gun.)

Am I wrong about this?
