1)Goldeneye (N64) - really! how could you say anything else?
2)TWINE (N64) - the TRUE sequal to Goldeneye! great game! EA's best!
3)007 Racing (PSX) - though it didn't match up to games like the "Driver", "Vigilante 8" and "Twisted metal" series', I thought it was fairly good.
4)TWINE (PSX) - not nearly as good as it's N64 counterpart, but still a good game.
5) James Bond 007 (GB) - I've not played this one but I know some skilled gamers who were impressed with this game.
6)The Deul (Genisis) - though only a few levels, it was an exelent game with elements from the part bond films.
7) Agent Under Fire (PS2, XBOX, GC) - sorry, but I was completely disapointed with this one, It was like "The quest to make bond games look bad". the Gamecube and XBOX formats look about a millimeter better than the PS2 version
8 ) TND (PSX) - I was disipointed, the only good points of this game were the 1 driving and 2 (2 halfs actully) skiing levels.
the driving level (which was actually pretty good) inspired 007 racing.
9)TWINE (GB) - I'm not sure if if even was released, but it didn't look that good anyways
and of corse we have the canceled PC version of TWINE, the upcoming bond gem (pheonix rising?), and bond 20.
what do you say?

and by the way:
I know a large number of people who have the game and I have played it dozens of times! I was very disapointed with it:
-bond was mutated
-Q ® Was a mutated freak
-the cars (exspecially the Lotos) are poorly designed
-I was also dissapointed that they repeated the Idea of cloning which had been used already in the Deul and probubly a number of fan-fic stories
-PS2 verion has no AI bots and that stinks because if you don't have a sibbling or friend who visits every day you don't even have apoint of multiplayer mode unless you wanna shoot at a still target
-Guards and enemys were too slow and most are easy to defeat.
-no firmiliar charactors (Jaws, Oddjob) or sets (like sets from classic bond films)
-the multiplayer modes didn't seem like a bond game enough, the game it self was a bit off as well.
I could go on forever! but you get the Idea.
besides- were all intitled to our own opinion.

1: GoldenEye (N64) - The King of 007 Games, revolutionized the world as we know it. Great single player, additon of cheat times masterstroke, superb multiplayer, nice graphics that still hold up. over four years later and it still hasn't been beaten.
2: TWINE (N64) - Solid followup to GoldenEye, a few new additions to the game and a few multiplayer aspects, but the graphics, weapons, gameplay and music all fall a bit short compared with GE, but second to GE is no disgrace.
3: Agent Under Fire (Various) - Haven't played it as much as the others, I liked what I saw, but not as much as others. Nice graphics, though it lacks that Bond touch just a little bit. Not brilliant, but could have been worse, beats JBGB (4th) because of lastability.
4: James Bond 00.7 (GB) - Darn good actually, nice puzzles, good cameos by Odd Job and Jaws. Those experienced at this type of game will knock it off quickly though, and once completed, theres no real reason to play it again.
5: The Duel (Gen) - Pretty good 2D scroller, I found it pretty hard actually, but that might just be me. A bit of fun, but smells a bit like a normal game with a bit of Bond coating if you know what I mean.
6: 00.7 Racing (PSX) - Not my cup of tea really, can't explain why, I picked up a controller a coun't help but think "What's the point ?". Others may like it though.
7: Tomorrow Never Dies (PSX) - Vomit, lacking in all departments.
8: The rest (Amiga, Various) - Go to mi6.co.uk to see what I'm talling about. Theres Amigia and other dodgy ones based on Moore era games, plus text adventures too. The real battle is finding a working emulator for most of them.

Nigel Bloch (06 Mar, 2002 01:28 a.m.):
We all know that in another post u said that u haven't even played it and that u don't even own a ps2.
actually all I said was that I don't have the game or a PS2. I never said that I never played it.
as I said befor I have a number of friends who have it plus 2 others who said they would klike to get it for gamecube and XBOX soon, have played it many times befor on multiplayer and 1 player. yes, the driving mode was excellent but the cars almost looked unfirmiliar.

No lotus in AUF - And the Z8 and DB5 are superb, I mean superb.
[quote] I was also dissapointed that they repeated the Idea of cloning which had been used already in the Deul and probubly a number of fan-fic stories[qoute]
I thought this was a plausible idea, maybe not original but although I love GE, shooting trevelyan from the dish was pretty anticlimactic. Chasing Nigel Bloch around using a jetpack has u on the edge of your seat.
[quote]-PS2 verion has no AI bots and that stinks because if you don't have a sibbling or friend who visits every day you don't even have apoint of multiplayer mode unless you wanna shoot at a still target [quote]
There are no Bond games that use AI.
[qoute]Guards and enemys were too slow and most are easy to defeat.[quote]
Methinks not, particularly on 'Night of the Jackal' where u will get your assed kicked if you mess about.
[quote]-no firmiliar charactors (Jaws, Oddjob) or sets (like sets from classic bond films)[quote]
True, but this is not a film, I like the fact they have created kind of 'another bond' if you like. You have the literary bond, you have the bond from the movies (5) and we now have the computer game bond.
[quote]-the multiplayer modes didn't seem like a bond game enough, the game it self was a bit off as well.[quote]
On this count I agree that the atmosphere wasn't quite Bondian although the playability is great. The 'Escort' game is also great fun to play, playing against a mate makes a nice alternative to the GE deathmatch. They've also included protect the flag and anti-terrorist training.

the lotus was in AUF as a secret unlockable car. from cheatcc.com:
Lotus Esprit car
Successfully complete the Streets Of Bucharest level with a "Gold" rank.
There are no Bond games that use AI.
as freemo mentioned TWINE for N64 had AI bots and it helped boost it's Multiplayer mode to almost as good as in goldeneye. in fact many video games magazines including the official playstation magazine hated TWINe for playstation mainly becaus of no multiplayer modes and they congradulated TWINE 64 for the superb multiplayer and AI bots design.
I said: no firmiliar charactors (Jaws, Oddjob) or sets (like sets from classic bond films)
True, but this is not a film, I like the fact they have created kind of 'another bond' if you like. You have the literary bond, you have the bond from the movies (5) and we now have the computer game bond.
Every bond game, except AUF, for the last 12 yaers has had classic charactors including: the deul, james bond 007 (for gameboy) and 007 racing which were all based on original stories and not of a film.
and I'll give you the escort level, it was probubly their best mutiplayer feture.

Why was Goldeneye the best compared to others?
* - The story followed the film...
* - graphics were supurb!
* - Multiplayer has been the best ever...

1. GoldenEye (Nintendo 64)
Although this game is nearly ten years old, it has never fallen out of my top spot. I find it as enjoyable today as I did when I first played it. It's one of only a few video games overall that I never get bored of, and I can spend countless hours on both missions and multiplayer.
2. Everything or Nothing (Playstation 2)
This is definately EA's best game. It features great vehicles, characters, gadgets, weapons, and levels. I was a little disappointed with the multiplayer deathmatch mode, but the co-operative mode is pretty fun and makes up for it.
3. The World is Not Enough (Nintendo 64)
This is a classic game. The mission mode is awesome, although I wish we would have gotten to drive the Q-Boat. This game also has one of the best, if not the best, multiplayer modes in any Bond game.
4. Nightfire (Playstation 2)
Some people like this game, some people hate it. I personally love it. It could have used a few more levels but the ones it has are great. The multiplayer mode is awesome as well, especially with the mini-vehicles and gun emplacements.
5. From Russia With Love (Playstation 2)
I wasn't as disappointed with this game as some people are. I haven't actually finished it yet because I haven't done any single player missions in a while, but what I've played so far was pretty fun. The multiplayer mode was great as well and featured some great levels.
6. Agent Under Fire (Playstation 2)
I actually like this game a lot. It probably could have used a few more missions, but the ones it has are pretty fun. The multiplayer mode is pretty good as well.
7. GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (Playstation 2)
I was disappointed with this game. It's not actually that bad, but I expected it to be better. When I first heard that you would be playing as a villain in this game I thought it was an awesome idea and something original for a Bond game, but in the end it turned out not to be that good. The multiplayer is pretty fun though.
8. Tomorrow Never Dies (Playstation)
This game isn't that bad, but it's not half as good as the other ones. Really the only highlights in my opinion are the driving and skiing missions. It also could have used a few more missions.
9. The World is Not Enough (Playstation)
I was disappointed with this game. Before I got this I was a big fan of the Nintendo 64 version so I expected this game to be just as good but it turned out not to be too good at all. It does have a few cool missions though, like the gambling one.
10. 007 Racing (Playsation)
I didn't really like this game. I just couldn't get into it for some reason, and I found it pretty boring. I was going to keep it for the sake of trying to own all of the James Bond video games but when I found out about all the old Sega and Commodore 64 games I decided there wasn't really a point.

11. James Bond 007 (GameBoy)
This game wasn't actually too bad. I liked how you could input special codes to be able to play card games, but I'm personally not a huge fan of handheld systems so when I sold my GameBoy, this game went with it.
I think this is the longest post I have made so far.

TWINE (N64) - the TRUE sequal to Goldeneye! great game! EA's best!
You should play Perfect Dark, it's by the same people behind Goldeneye, puts EA's efforts to shame (which is not hard these days)
