Sum up Tomorrow Never Dies in 007 words or less. Feel free to add in as many 007 Words Or Less reviews as you wish. The more the better!

Examples:

Carver is the best villain ever. Period.
Dissapointing after GoldenEye.
Excellent Bond girls, weak henchman.
Arnold's best score.

The one where Brozza actually looks like James Bond.
One of the best first halves of all the films.
Potentially one of the best villains.
Unfortunately, one great wasted oportunity

Lots of big bangs and shiny things,
Nice blonde tutor in Oxford at start,
Slight arrogance throughout, otherwise Brosnan not bad,
Shame about the substandard material and Jonathon Pryce :),
Altogether, pretty lacklustre and mind-numbing;
especially the Rambo-esque final third.

Gee Tarl, now you don't need to come up with any more reviews ever. That one will work for any film. :) :) :)

Brosnan was excellent, Teri Hatcher has a great backside, pathetic villain, cool motorcycle jump, Bond only bags 2 babes in the film; WTF? (We never see him and Wai-Lin together, only their kiss)

Lousy Bond film. One of the worst.
Major step backward after GoldenEye.

Weakest first half in many a year.
Pre-titles makes no sense nor captivates.
Empty.
Feeling of cutting corners.
Short pre-production time felt throughout.

Up to the finale a fast paced Bond adventure.
Great sequence with Bond waiting for his assassin and Paris walking in.
One of the funniest oneliner

Underrated....but that is not saying much.
Should've featured more of the blonde chick.
Sophomore slump.
Great storyline with a lot of potential.
If only Paris hadn't mentioned the gun.....

Best pre-titles of any Brosnan.
Terri Hatcher woefully miscast.
(Should have been Izabella. More poignant.)
After the shower scene, it's all downhill.
John Price was mediocre. Liked his typing.
Great line about "growing up" from Bros.
Liked Wai Lin's shiny silver dress.

Most '90s-ish Bond movie
Carver's kung-fu moment = embarrasing but funny
Title song is horrible; titles themselves boring
David Arnold good Barry successor; great score
Car park scene is excellent
Unique and interesting villain
Dr. Kaufmann is great henchman
Stamper and Gupta are lame henchmen
Exciting, fast-paced, kinetic film
