I just picked up a copy of the UK paperback edition of ZERO MINUS TEN...except this edition says on the back (where there should be a barcode) that it's a "Promotional Copy Not For Resale." Comparing it to the first I see typeface on the back is also arranged quite differently.

Anyone have any info on this book -- like what promotion it may have been a part of?

It might be a review copy.

If I remember correctly, there was a Tomorrow Never Dies Video Boxset that featured a VHS, a Filmcell and a copy of Zero Minus Ten.

Could it be from one of those boxes? Box set items usually have a "not to be sold separately" type label on them.

That's exactly what it's from. Tanger's right Zen, it's from the Tomorrow Never Dies VHS boxset.

I recently picked up that box set with the copy of Zero Minus Ten, Tomorrow Never Dies, and the film strip. Attached a few pictures. (Picture #2 is the spine of the set.)
